Printing a customer’s punch purchase history

If you need to print out your customer’s punch history you can easily do so on the customer profile’s Punch Card tab. Note that this option is only available for electronic scan cards.

  1. Look up the customer in the main Data Entry window and click Edit Customer.
  2. Click the Punch Card tab.
  3. Under Electronic Punches click the Printer icon and click Yes on the pop-up confirmation window.
  4. This will create a complete report of the customer’s punch history-such as when a punch was used to check in etc.
  5. Use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to print the report, email it, or open it in Excel or Word. You can also save it to your computer as an HTML or CSV file.
  6. Click Close to exit the report
  7. Click OK to finish.
