Deleting additional products from an EFT membership

If you have additional products associated with an EFT membership, like daycare or locker access, you can easily remove the product from the customer’s account.

  1. Look up the customer in the main Data Entry window and click Edit Customer.
  2. Click the Membership tab.
  3. Under EFT Details, select the add-on product you wish to delete.
  4. Click the red X button.
  5. The product will now be removed from the account.
  6. Click OK to finish.
