If you have additional products associated with an EFT membership, like daycare or locker access, you can easily remove the product from the customer’s account.
- Look up the customer in the main Data Entry window and click Edit Customer.
- Click the Membership tab.
- Under EFT Details, select the add-on product you wish to delete.
- Click the red X button.
- The product will now be removed from the account.
- Click OK to finish.
