Setting Up a Prepaid Membership
- To get started, in the main Data Entry window click the Add button to add a new member.
- In the View and Edit Customer window, click the Quick Configure button.
- Select 1 Month Prepaid or Annual Prepaid.
- In the Membership tab, the Prepaid membership payment option will be pre-selected and the starting and ending dates will be filled in (either a month or a year, depending on what you selected in Step 3).
- To change the length of the prepaid membership, adjust the dates manually or click one of the preset buttons to add a week, month or year.
- Click OK to finish.
Adding Additional Time to a Prepaid Membership
If a member with a prepaid membership wants to add additional time to their membership before it runs out you can easily do so on the customer profile’s Membership tab.
- Look up the customer in the main Data Entry window and click Edit Customer.
- Click the Membership tab.
- Under Prepaid Membership Dates, click the Add a week, Add a month or Add a year button to add the appropriate amount of time.
- Click Yes on the pop-up window to confirm.
- To add multiple units of time repeat step 3 until you’ve added the appropriate amount.
- The new end date will be displayed on this screen and in the Data Entry window.
- Click OK to finish.
Reactivating an Expired Prepaid Membership
If a member wants to add more time to an expired prepaid membership you can easily do so on the customer profile’s Membership tab.
- Look up the customer in the main Data Entry window and click Edit Customer.
- Click the Membership tab.
- Under Prepaid Membership Dates, click the 1 Wk/Today, 1 Month/Today, or 1 Year/Today button to add the appropriate amount of time starting from today.
- Click Yes on the pop up window to confirm, and then Yes again.
- To add additional time click the Add a week, Add a month, or Add a year button to add the appropriate amount of time.
- The new end date will be displayed on this screen and in the Data Entry window.
- Click OK to finish.
