Linking payment information

Here’s how to link a secondary member to a primary member's payment information:

  1. Look up the secondary member in the main Data Entry window and click Edit Customer.
  2. Click the Membership tab.
  3. Under Responsible / Family Member, click the Member button.
  4. Find the primary customer and click OK.
  5. The primary customer’s information will now be used to pay for the secondary customer.
  6. Click OK to finish.
