Restricting check-in access

If you have a member in the system who is in there only for billing purposes, such as a parent for a child, you can restrict their account from having check-in access.

  1. Look up the customer in the main Data Entry window and click Edit Customer.
  2. Click the Membership tab.
  3. Under Check In Limitations, check Member Cannot Check In. This will make the member’s account active for billing purposes only.
  4. Click OK to finish.
