Searching for members with add on products

There are two ways to search for members with add on products; an advanced search or a customer query.

Method 1- Advanced Search

1. In the main Data Entry window, click Adv Search.
2. In the pop up Customer Search window, check With Add-On Products. Select the specific add on product you wish to search by.
3. Click OK to run the search.

Method 2- Customer Query

1. In the Data Entry main window click Reporting and then select Customer Queries to open the Customer Queries window.
2. Under Constraints check Membership: Has Add-On Product. Under Parameters select the specific add on product you wish to search by.
3. Click the Review Query button to run the report.
4. Under Save Results, you can choose if you want to load these customers in Data Entry, create a report, add a bulk note or save an email list text file.
