What's in this release?
Self Processing Freeze Requests:
We're extremely excited to announce the release of Self Processing Freeze Requests! This is an optional new feature that will allow many of your customers to freeze their EFT memberships without requiring a staff member to manually process the Freeze Request. This tool can eliminate opportunities for staff error, shorten the response time when your customers request membership freezes, and free your staff from repetitive work so they can focus on places where they can make the biggest impact.

Improvements:
- On account sales will now appear in the POS sales history, making it easier to locate these transactions after the fact.
- We’ve added support for credit cards issued by UnionPay via our integration with Stripe. Please note that this resulted in a modification to our database schema. We’ve added an “AMOUNT_UNIONPAY” column to the payments table.
- The Balances Due tab in Data Entry > Manage > Billing will now remember and maintain sorting order when performing bulk actions. So if, for example, you sort the list by name and then apply a bulk note, the list will stay sorted by name.
- We’ve added an option for “Add Predefined Note” to the list of possible bulk customer actions available from the Balances Due tab in Data Entry > Manage > Billing.
- We’ve added a new replacement field to our Custom Check-in SQL Trigger system. Custom triggers now have access to the customer ID for the “owner” of shared punches used to perform a check-in.
- We’ve added additional checks to email delivery to prevent duplicates. Previously, if the email system was unable to deliver a message, it was possible for a new message to be triggered while the original message was still in the delivery queue waiting to be re-attempted. RGP will now check the delivery queue for duplicate messages when generating new emails to prevent this scenario.
