What's in this release?

Improvements:

• We’ve added a “Bookings” button to the Billing Center’s “Balances Due” tab. You can now highlight a customer from the list of customers with outstanding balances, and click that button to see their booking history. This should make it easier to understand the full history of customers with balances without needing to navigate out of the Billing Center
  
  
• Changing a staff member to any customer type other than “staff” now clears their staff PIN.
• We’ve hidden the “Report Options” button for automatically scheduled reports that don’t have any configurable options. Some users were understandably confused about why that button didn’t appear to work when it was displayed for reports that aren’t configurable.

Bug Fixes:

• Payments Related:
  • Fixed a bug that caused some QuickBooks account mappings to disappear if those accounts weren’t present in recent transaction data.
  • Fixed a bug that caused RGP to appear to freeze while transferring journal entries to QuickBooks. The page was loading a preview of the journal entry for the current day automatically, which could sometimes take several minutes. That screen will no longer load the current day’s preview unless the user asks it to.
  • Fixed a bug that caused some ACH payments to get stuck showing as “pending” despite having been successfully settled and paid.
  • Fixed a bug that made it difficult for some UK customers to authorize credit card payments if their issuing bank’s name was too long to fit on the authorization screen. This seemed to come up frequently with customers who banked with Santander.
• Calendar:
  • Fixed a bug that generated a “duplicate entry” error when attempting to add a participant to a calendar event in extremely rare circumstances.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented users from sorting by "Send Date" when viewing the email history for a Calendar event.
  • Fixed a bug that was preventing customer assignment for some online bookings/transactions.
  • Fixed a bug that was causing delays when sending some Calendar transactions to Point of Sale via the “Send to POS” button.
• Misc:
  • Fixed a bug that could allow predefined note templates at one location to overwrite predefined note templates at other locations in a linked multi-facility organization.
  • Fixed a bug in Charting and Data Visualization that was causing data from some facilities in multi-facility organizations to drop out of certain graphs.
  • Fixed a bug that was preventing some nightly reporting emails from being delivered.
  • Fixed a bug that caused some very large facilities to see errors when attempting to open the “Manage Roles and Permissions” screen within RGP’s employee management system.
  • Fixed a bug that caused some users to see a cascade of error messages when viewing the document queue.
