What's in this release?

The bulk of this update is backend changes to make sure RGP’s calendar can meet our users’ needs as they continue to grow and create more and larger events. This includes many small changes in a few different categories.

  • Automating logging to understand the conditions that can cause some performance issues.
  • Revisiting the code for the database queries that run when pages load to make sure they run efficiently with large numbers of events.
  • Streamlining “Publish” functionality to update only relevant events instead of all events.

Taken together, these changes aim to manage long load times when performing frequent Calendar actions like opening and closing events, or publishing changes.

Additional Bug Fixes:

  • We’ve clarified previously generic error messages for certain rare credit card payment processing events to make it easier for users to understand how to resolve them.
  • We’ve made some changes to our product import tools to make sure they import related sub-items (e.g. all the sizes/flavors of a product) correctly.
  • Launching reports in Microsoft Word or Excel has been updated to remove use of ActiveX, which is no longer supported by Microsoft.
  • Some of the underlying queries in the monthly billing process have been optimized to improve speed for facilities with large customer counts.
  • We fixed a bug that caused some users to see an “InvalidParameter” error on the Find Documents screen.
