v1.1.34968 - Released To Cloud Users Starting 07/21/2026

What's in this release?

This release is largely concerned with requested fixes for minor pain points that were impacting day to day users.

Reporting:

  • Stripe Reconciliation: New Unmatched Payments Section
The Stripe Reconciliation by Payout Batch report now includes an Unmatched Payments section at the bottom of the report, making it easier to identify payments that couldn't be automatically reconciled. The rest of the report is unchanged.
  • Stripe: Dispute Reversals Now Record Correctly
A bug that prevented successful payment dispute reversals from being recorded in RGP has been fixed. Resolved disputes will now appear correctly in your payment records.
  • EFTPOS Refunds Now Reconcile Correctly
Australian customers using EFTPOS will no longer see refunds incorrectly appearing as unmatched payments in their reconciliation reports.
  • Scheduled Report Emails: Time Zone Fix
A time zone issue that was preventing some scheduled reports from being automatically emailed overnight has been resolved.
  • Scheduled Multi-Gym Reports: Automatic Retry
If a scheduled multi-gym report fails to generate because one or more gym servers is unavailable at the time, the system will now automatically retry and send the report once the data is available.

Additional Bug Fixes:

  • Staff Time Clock Accuracy Improved
An issue that could cause the RGP clock to temporarily drift from the computer's system clock has been fixed. This ensures that staff clock-in and clock-out times are recorded accurately.
  • Punch Card Workflow Fix
The optional prompt to check in customers who purchase a punch card now behaves correctly if that customer used a punch on the same day as they later purchased additional punches.
  • Product Export/Import Improvements
The product export file format has been extended, making it easier to copy your product catalog when setting up new locations.
  • Email Purge Supports Addresses with Periods
The email address purge tool now correctly handles addresses that contain periods (e.g. firstname.lastname@emailprovider.com). Previously, these addresses were being skipped.
