Are you just adding another workstation? If so you do NOT need to install MySQL server. Just the ODBC driver, and then just point the workstation at your server.

Do you mean you changed their CUSTOMER TYPE to STAFF? And then committed the record by hitting OK. We don't have any reported problems with this... thus I suspect there is something else going on ...

RGP has no impact on the computers sleep/wake behavior. If the Behavior changed, something else did it. That being said, we recommend that servers have their sleep mode disabled.
