This error can occur when trying to swap from using the Quickbooks installed app to using Quickbooks online. This error may indicate that Quickbooks Online is not selected in settings, and RGP is holding onto the old Quickbooks setup for the app, instead of being set to Online.

To resolve this issue, navigate to Data Entry > Manage > Settings > Integrations > and re-enter your Quickbooks login information.

Error:No vendor listed in Quickbooks Online company.”

This error can occur when trying to switch to a brand-new QB account.

In this case, you may need to export the vendor list from their old QB account and import that into the new QB account. Then log out of everything, close RGP completely, and then reopen RGP and the error should be gone.

To do this, in your old QB account go to expenses > vendor > and then there is a folder with an arrow icon to export, and save that as an Excel file. Then open the new QB account, go to expenses > vendor > and then import that Excel file. Closing everything may be important for clearing any caches as well.
