Adding your facility information

When setting up Rock Gym Pro one of the first things you’ll want to do is enter your facility’s information. This information will be displayed on your invoices/receipts and transactional email system.

  1. In the Data Entry main window, click Manage and select Settings to bring up the Configure Settings window.
  2. Click the Facility tab.
  3. Under Facility Information enter the following information:
    - Facility name
    - Address
    - City / State
    - Zip / Postal Code
    - Country
    - Phone number
  4. To add your logo to your RGP desktop display, click the Browse button under Facility Logo
  5. Select your image file. Images should be a maximum size of 131 x 71. Click Open.
  6. The Rock Gym Pro desktop display will now be branded with your logo.
  7. Click OK to finish.
