Making a Youth Group Program Product Inactive

If your youth group program is suspended for a period of time, like for summer vacation, you can make the product associated with the member's Add on Product for EFT Billing inactive. This will restrict the product from being billed for any Member with the Add on Product while inactive. They will still be billed for EFT dues, should they have a membership as well. Note that you must make the product active before running billing.

1. In the Data Entry main window, click Manage and select Products to bring up the Manage Products window.
2. Select the product associated with the youth group program and click to bring up the Edit Product window.
3. Under Product Activity, check Inactive Product. Once you wish to start billing for the program again, uncheck the box.
4. Click OK to save and Close to finish.
