Requiring customer notes be displayed at check in

If your facility makes use of customer notes you can have the system automatically display customer notes each time the customer checks in.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Settings to bring up the Configure Settings window.
  2. Click the Customers tab.
  3. Under Check In check Always show customer notes on Check In. Note that alerts will remain unchanged no matter if you have this box checked or not.
  4. Click Close to finish.
