Setting guest pass restrictions for members

If you offer guest passes at your facility, you can set a number of different guest pass restrictions in the main settings. Guest passes can not be set to roll over to the following month in Rock Gym Pro.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Settings to bring up the Configure Settings window.
  2. Click the Memberships tab.
  3. Under Guest Passes check the following restrictions as applicable:
  • Number of free guest passes per month
  • Limit of guest passes per year
  • Assign a guest pass allowance per family
  • Limit guest passes to first-time visitors only
  • Guest passes are only for EFT and annual prepaid members
  • Free members have guest passes
  • Allow anonymous guest passes
  • Click Close to finish.
