Automatically adding monthly guest passes for members

You can set the system to automatically add guest passes for all members each month; note that guest passes do not roll over to the following month.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Settings to bring up the Configure Settings window.
  2. Click the Memberships tab.
  3. Under Guest Passes, enter the number of guest passes you want members to get each month in Members are entitled to XX free guest passes per month.
  4. You can also limit the amount of guest passes each member receives per year by entering a number in Limit per calendar year.
  5. Click Close to finish.
