When creating your initial multigym configuration our support team will need to know your plan for sharing waivers before we can link up your facilities. We strongly recommend facilities work with their insurance and legal counsel to create a waiver that covers all facilities.
Assigning Waivers
With multigyms, it is important to note that your staff should not assign online digital waivers before the customer arrives at a facility. If a waiver is assigned and a customer record is created beforehand, the online waiver is removed from the Find Documents window queue for all locations. It is very important for the customer to be standing in front of the staff before a digital waiver is accepted. Never accept a digital waiver unless the customer is standing in front of you!
Waiver Forms and Kiosks
You may use the RGP digital documents and Smartwaiver, or just Smartwaiver or RGP. No matter what you choose, you can still use the Smartwaiver Kiosks app for your in-gym digital documents on iPads or supported tablets.

If you decide not to use the Smartwaiver Kiosk app on tablets at your facility, you can generate a URL within RGP that will deliver waivers specifically to your location.
The Copy iPad/Netbook URL is generated from the Live Tab in Waiver Management via Data Entry > Manage > Waiver Management/Station.
