When creating your initial multigym configuration our support team will need to know your plan for sharing waivers before we can link up your facilities. In the multigym environment, all facilities must have the same waiver.
With multigyms, it is important to note that your staff should not assign online digital waivers before the customer arrives at a facility. If a waiver is assigned and a customer record is created beforehand, the online waiver is removed from the Find Documents window queue for all locations. It is very important for the customer to be standing in front of the staff before a digital waiver is accepted. Never accept a digital waiver unless the customer is standing in front of you!
