Once you’ve crafted an email template, you’ll be able to test your email action to ensure the email looks just the way you want it. All test emails will be sent to the test mode email address you entered in the settings.
- In the Data Entry main window, click Manage and select Email System.
- Double click on the email action you would like to test to open up the email template for that action.
- At the bottom of the email template, ensure the test email address is correct and click the Send Test Email button. Note that you don’t need to have the test mode enabled to send a test email; however, if you are in test mode the only emails that will get sent are test emails.
- Once you’ve sent the test email, click OK to exit the email template. Click Close again to exit the Email System.
