Creating custom payment methods

If you have a custom payment method you can add a button on the POS payment window so your staff can accept the payment and you can track it.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Settings to bring up the Configure Settings window.
  2. Click the Payment & Billing tab.
  3. Check Custom pay method 1 and enter the name of the custom pay method.
  4. If you require a second method check Custom pay method 2 and enter the name of the second custom pay method.
  5. These buttons will now show up on the POS payment window at checkout.
  6. Click Close to finish.
