Setting missing member photo alerts

If a member is missing a photo on their account you can have the system provide an alert to let staff know the next time the member checks in.

  1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Settings to bring up the Configure Settings window.
  2. Click the Customers tab.
  3. Under Special Check In Alerts check Alert on missing member photos.
  4. Click Close to finish.
