If your facility makes use of customer notes you can have the system automatically display customer notes each time you bring the customer up in the POS window.
- In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Settings to bring up the Configure Settings window.
- Click the Customers tab.
- Under Check In check Always show customer notes at POS. Note that alerts will remain unchanged no matter if you have this box checked or not.
- Click Close to finish.
