Configuring offsite photo storage options

If you use Rock Gym Pro’s offsite photo storage you can set up options for it in the main settings.

In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Settings to bring up the Configure Settings window.
Click the Misc tab.
Under Offsite Photo Storage click the Offsite Photo Storage Options button.
Choose from the following options to control how customer photos are archived:
- Upload all photos to secure photo storage
- Archive photos that have not been accessed within x months. Enter a number in the field.
Click the Queue old customer photos for upload button to queue all your existing customer photos for upload to offsite storage system.
Click Close to save, and Close again to finish.
