Configuring check-in and alert sound effects for a workstation

Rock Gym Pro has several different alert sounds that can notify staff when a member checks in or there is an alert on their account. This can be helpful if staff is moving around and not always in front of the computer or if customers use a dedicated check-in computer that isn’t being monitored.

1. In the Data Entry main window click Manage and select Settings to bring up the Configure Settings window.
2. Click the This Workstation tab.
3. Under Sound Effects check Play check-in sounds/alerts on this workstation.
4. To change sounds click the Customize Sounds button. You can replace the default sounds with any PCM WAV file. If you have another type of WAV file you will need to use a converter utility. Click OK to save.
5. Click Close to finish.
