Transferring your daily sales and payment information from RGP directly into QuickBooks Desktop AND QuickBooks Online is simple.

This video showcases the QuickBooks Desktop integration, but the concepts are identical for the QuickBooks Online integration as well.
To launch the QuickBooks integration, from Data Entry go to: Manage -> Quickbooks and select either QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online.
Make sure no popup windows are visible in Quickbooks to prevent the transfer from getting hung up.
