v1.1.35023 - Released To Cloud Users Starting 10/13/2026

What's in This Release?

We've added a couple of new features and made several smaller improvements and bug fixes.

Round Up at Point of Sale

Round Up is a point-of-sale feature that lets your staff easily round a transaction up to the nearest whole dollar. The difference is added to the transaction as a line item called "Round Up," and it flows through receipts, invoices, and revenue reporting just like any other product sale.

Two common reasons facilities might use this feature:

  • Outdoor and event settings where managing coins is impractical: Staff can round transactions up to whole-dollar amounts, eliminating the need to handle coins.
  • "Keep the change" situations: When a customer is happy to leave a few cents with your facility rather than receive coins back.

This feature is entirely optional. Transactions will only be rounded up when your staff choose to do so, and staff won't be prompted to round up unless you enable that option.

Age Added to the Find Documents Queue

Age will now appear in parentheses immediately following Date of Birth in the existing Date of Birth column. For example, a customer born on February 10, 2000, would appear as 2/10/2000 (26).

Age has been a recurring request. While Date of Birth was already available in the Find Documents Queue, customer feedback highlighted that Date of Birth and Age serve two different purposes at the front desk.

Date of Birth is useful for identity verification. When locating an electronic document in the queue, staff can use a customer's date of birth to help confirm that they've found the right person. For example, "Are you the Jane Doe born on May 9th?" Knowing someone's exact date of birth is much more useful for this purpose than simply knowing their age.

Age is useful for determining eligibility. Staff may need to quickly confirm whether a customer meets age requirements for a particular product, service, or level of supervision. Displaying age directly eliminates the need for staff to calculate it manually, helping reduce the chance of an impactful mistakes in a busy front desk environment.

By displaying Age alongside Date of Birth in the existing column, we can make both pieces of information readily available without adding unnecessary clutter to the screen.

Bug Fixes and Small Changes

  • Fixed an issue that prevented some calendar offerings from displaying consistently when configured to show events several months into the future.
  • Fixed a bug that caused some gyms to receive multiple identical copies of certain waivers.
  • Made behind-the-scenes improvements to ensure we can continue processing database backup files quickly, even as our customers' databases grow over time.
