Adding terms and conditions for a specific offering

In addition to default terms and conditions you can add specific terms and conditions for each offering. These terms and conditions will be required to be accepted in order to submit an online booking.

  1. On the main calendar window click Manage Schedule.
  2. Click on the Schedules tab.
  3. Click on the offering you would like to edit and click the Edit button. This will bring up the Edit Offering window.
  4. In the Edit Offering window click the Booking Messages tab.
  5. Under Terms and Conditions click Modify. Enter your content and then click OK to save.
  6. Click Close to finish.
