Reducing the amount of customer information required to book

For some bookings, like a free class, you might not require all of a customer’s information. Here is how to reduce the amount of information the system requires to just the customer’s name, email address, birthday and phone number.

  1. On the main calendar window click Manage Schedule.
  2. Click on the Schedules tab.
  3. Click on the offering you would like to edit and click the Edit button. This will bring up the Edit Offering window.
  4. In the Edit Offering window click the Online Presentation tab.
  5. Check Do not ask for address online.
  6. Click Close to finish.
