Requiring names for each participant in a booking

If you have an offering where more than one participant can be booked you will want to be able to capture each participant's name during booking.

  1. On the main Calendar window click Manage Schedule.
  2. Click on the Schedules tab.
  3. Click on the offering you would like to edit and click the Edit button. This will bring up the Edit Offering window.
  4. In the Edit Offering window click the Online Presentation tab.
  5. Check the Ask for the name of every participant during booking checkbox under Options.
  6. Click Close to finish.
