With offerings like classes and camps you’ll want to assign the number of instructors required to hold the event, ensuring the event is properly staffed. You can also set the default instructor for the offering so the correct staff member gets assigned to the event.
- On the main calendar window click Manage Schedule.
- Click on the Schedules tab.
- Click on the offering you would like to edit and click the Edit button. This will bring up the Edit Offering window.
- In the Edit Offering window click the Staffing tab.
- If applicable, select your default instructor.
- Enter the minimum number of instructors required.
- If you’d like to highlight on the calendar events that still require an instructor to be assigned, you can set it to highlight only when the event has a booking or have it always show, even when there is no booking. You also have the option to have it never show.
- If you wish, you can have the system email new booking confirmations to assigned staff members by entering their email addresses in the Staff New Booking Emails section of this tab.
- Click Close to finish.
