Adding and editing a confirmation email for a specific offering

In addition to the default confirmation email you can add a specific confirmation message customized for each offering. This is a great way to let participants know what kind of equipment to bring, what clothes to wear or if they should arrive early to set up.

  1. On the main calendar window click Manage Schedule.
  2. Click on the Schedules tab.
  3. Click on the offering you would like to edit and click the Edit button. This will bring up the Edit Offering window.
  4. In the Edit Offering window click the Booking Messages tab.
  5. Under Confirmation Message click Modify. Enter your content and then click OK to save.
  6. Check the box if you wish to prompt staff to send a confirmation message when they are booking an event through the software. Leave the box unchecked if you only wish for the confirmation message to be sent to customers booking online.
  7. Click Close to finish.
