Reviewing promotional discount usage

Once you create a promotion you will want to track its use to see how much business it’s bringing into your facility. Here’s how to show the usage of each discount and review a listing of each customer who used it, giving you valuable insight into what your customers respond to.  

  1. On the main calendar window click Manage Schedule.
  2. At the bottom of the screen click the Promotions button to bring up the Promotions window.
  3. Select the promotion you would like to review and click the Show Usage button. This will bring up a list of bookings who have used that discount.
  4. If there are multiple promo codes for a discount, you will be able to see which code performed the best.
  5. Double click on a booking to bring up that booking’s information if necessary.
  6. Click Close to finish.
