Setting up participant restrictions for an offering

If you wish to limit who can attend your event you can set up participant restrictions for each offering.

  1. On the main calendar window click Manage Schedule.
  2. Click on the Schedules tab.
  3. Select the offering and click the Edit button. This will bring up the Edit Offering window.
  4. In the Edit Offering window click the Booking tab.
  5. Here we can tell the offering what types of participants are allowed to book this event. In the Edit Offering window click the Booking tab. Under Selectable Participant Types on Bookings click the Add button. Select the participant type you wish to allow at the event and click OK.
  6. Click Close to finish.
