RGP Cloud Password Requirements

For security purposes, Rock Gym Pro has a few minimum requirements that your RGP Cloud password must meet.

We strongly suggest completely random passwords that are recorded in a safe place.

Password Rules:
Your RGP Cloud password must be at least 12 characters and contain characters from FOUR of the following categories:

1. Uppercase letters of European languages (A through Z, with diacritic marks, Greek and Cyrillic characters)
2. Lowercase letters of European languages (a through z, sharp-s, with diacritic marks, Greek and Cyrillic characters)
3. Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
4. Nonalphanumeric characters: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|(){}[]:;'<>,.?/
5. Do not use the double quote character
6. Any Unicode character that is categorized as an alphabetic character but is not uppercase or lowercase. This includes Unicode characters from Asian languages.

Other Password Rules: 

• Cannot contain portions of the user name (case insensitive check)
• Cannot contain common words or phrases (case insensitive check)
• Cannot contain portions of the displayed name (case insensitive check)
• Cannot contain portions of your previous password
