What is RGP Cloud?
RGP Cloud is a simple way to access the RGP software without actually installing the software and a database. With RGP Cloud, your database and RGP information is accessed via a "Thin Client" from a Windows computer - similar to Remote Desktop.

 

What do I do if I lose my internet connection?
If your internet connection goes down, you will not be able to access RGP Cloud.

We recommend that all facilities using RGP Cloud have a mobile hotspot or a second ISP ready in case of an emergency. If you're using a mobile hotspot, be sure to verify that your cellular provider allows remote desktop connections.

 

I have a multi-gym operation. Do all of my facilities need to be on the cloud?
Yes, in order to utilize the multi-gym functionality of RGP, all facilities would need to be using RGP Cloud. 

 

Can I use QuickBooks with RGP Cloud?
Yes, RGP Cloud integrates with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online

 

What type of POS credit card processor do I need?
In order to use integrated credit card processing at POS with RGP Cloud, you need to set up an RGP Stripe Custom account (US, CA, UK, IE, EU, AU, NZ, and SG) or an EMV processing with OpenEdge (US and CA). If you are using an external credit card terminal, you will not notice any difference in your POS operations.

 

Does RGP Cloud have an API?

How do I scan documents with RGP Cloud?

How do I end a task when logged into RGP Cloud?
When you're logged into RGP Cloud, use: 'Ctrl' + 'Alt' + 'End'   OR   'Ctrl' + 'Shift' + 'Esc'. These commands will open the Windows task manage.
