*Note: The ability to create Payments Dashboard users and configure their permissions requires a one-time activation from RGP Support. If no Payments Dashboard users within your organization are able to view the "Users" page of the Payments Dashboard, please email support@rockgympro.com for assistance.
RGP Payments Dashboard users with the appropriate access can create and configure additional users within their organization's Payments Dashboard. This allows organizations to control who has access to the Payments Dashboard without requiring assistance from Rock Gym Pro's support staff.
- Log into the RGP Payments Dashboard at https://payments.rockgympro.com
- Select the "Users" page from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
- Click the black "New User" button on the right side of the page.
- Input information for your new user:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone: This is the number where this user will receive text messages with 2FA codes when they access the payments dashboard. Please double-check this field for accuracy when creating new users.
- Email: An email address can only be used by one Payments Dashboard user in your organization. Please make sure you use a unique email address for each user and avoid shared email addresses like "info@businessname.com".
- Currency Decimal Separator / Currency Thousand Separator: These settings only impact how numbers are displayed. They have no impact on how actual data is stored. It is ok to use different settings for different users as long as you are aware that things might look different if a user shares reports with a different user with different settings.
- Time Zone
- Account Access: If your organization consists of multiple facilities with multiple Stripe accounts, a Payments Dashboard user can be granted access to any or all accounts individually. Users like facility managers might have access to only the account connected to the gym they manage, while a user like an owner might have access to all accounts.
- Permissions: These options configure which portions of the Payments Dashboard a user can see and what actions they can take. The permissions configuration options are grouped together the same way as the corresponding functions are grouped within the pages of the Payments Dashboard. For more information about these permissions, please see our support article - Configuring Permissions For RGP Payments Dashboard Users.
- Second Factor: This option configures how users receive second factor authorization messages (2FA) when logging into the Payments Dashboard. All users must have a recorded phone number where second factor authorization messages will be delivered via text message, but you have the option of sending an additional copy of each second factor authorization number by email.
- Status: Users can be configured as "Active" or "Inactive". Active users will be able to log into the Payments Dashboard and access the functionality to which their permissions grant them access. Inactive users will be unable to log into the Payments Dashboard. This can be useful if you want to configure a user account for a new hire, but leave it Inactive until the employee starts work, or temporarily disable access for a user on a leave of absence until they return.
- Click the black "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. You will be returned to the "Users" page of the Payments Dashboard where you can create another user or perform any other Payments Dashboard actions.
