*Note: The ability to create Payments Dashboard users and configure their permissions requires a one-time activation from RGP Support. If no Payments Dashboard users within your organization are able to view the "Users" page of the Payments Dashboard, please email support@rockgympro.com for assistance.
Permissions in RGP's Payments Dashboard are configurable. Organizations may want to configure some users, like business owners, to have access to all parts of the dashboard. Other users, with more limited roles, can be granted access limited to specific functions or locations.
- Log into the RGP Payments Dashboard at https://payments.rockgympro.com
- Select the "Users" page from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
- From the list of existing users, select the user you would like to configure, click the "Actions" drop-down to the right of their user record, and select "Update" to open the "Update User" page.
- Scroll to the "Permissions" portion of the "Update User" page. See image below.
- The "Permissions" portion of the page will display a toggle labeled "All Permissions". When that toggle is on, that user will have access to every aspect of the Payments Dashboard, including the ability to create and configure new Payments Dashboard users.
- If you would like a user to have access to all of the Payments Dashboard, confirm that the "All Permissions" toggle is on.
- If you would like a user to have anything other than "All Permissions", set the "All Permissions" toggle to off. This will show check boxes for all individual configurable permissions within the Payments Dashboard. These permissions are organized in five groups, that match the five pages (other than the "Users" page) of the Payments Dashboard.
Some configurable permissions are dependent on other permissions. For example, you cannot grant the "Transaction Refund" permission without also granting the "Transaction View" permission. If you attempt to grant a permission that relies on other permissions, the Payments Dashboard will check the box for all relevant permissions. Similarly, if you attempt to remove a permission that is necessary for other permissions, the Payments Dashboard will uncheck the box for all relevant permissions.
Please note that the ability to create and configure Payments Dashboard users is only granted by setting the "All Permissions" toggle to on. A user will not be given the ability to create and configure other users, even if every permission check box is checked, unless the "All Permissions" toggle is set to on. - Once the user is configured with the permissions you would like, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to save your preferred settings. You will be returned to the "Users" page of the Payments Dashboard where you can configure another user or perform any other Payments Dashboard actions.
