Stripe Instant Payouts

What are Instant Payouts?

Instant Payouts allow customers using our Stripe Payments Integration to transfer funds to their bank account within minutes of a transaction for a fee of 1.75% of the payout amount. Funds will appear in the associated bank account within 30 minutes.

When are Instant Payouts available?

You can request an Instant Payout any day or time, including weekends and holidays, and funds typically arrive in the associated bank account within 30 minutes.

Is there a limit to the size of an Instant Payout?

Customers can use Instant Payouts for up to $10,000 of eligible funds per day across all connected accounts.

Who is eligible?

Accounts must meet a few requirements to access Instant Payouts:

1. Region: Accounts must be located in the United States
2. Lifetime Payment Volume: Accounts must have processed $10,000 or more over the lifetime of the account
3. Age of Account: Accounts are eligible if it has been at least 60 days since their first successful charge

How do I initiate an Instant Payout?

1. Navigate to the Rock Gym Pro Payment Portal at payments.rockgympro.com.
2. Select the "Payouts" tab from the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
3. Click the "Pay Out Instantly" button.
   
4. View the balance available to pay out instantly, then select the amount to pay out and the destination for the payment.
   
5. Click "Pay out" and you're done! Your payment will typically arrive in the specified account within 30 minutes.
