During the Transaction

On the Terminal

  • Any required prompts will appear on the terminal screen

  • A confirmation message displays when payment is complete

In Rock Gym Pro

  • A status dialog appears while the transaction is processing

  • The transaction completes automatically once approved

  • No additional action is needed after payment

Cancel a Transaction

  • Click Cancel Transaction in the payment dialog

  • This closes the dialog and resets the terminal for the next transaction
