Overview of Rock Gym Pro configuration

Once you install Rock Gym Pro on your front desk and server you will need to configure the software to your facility. Here is a checklist of items to configure:

  • Create an admin profile and change the password
  • Customize your settings
  • Adding and changing staff PIN numbers
  • Set up your waiver
  • Customize your products
  • Set up your receipt printer and cash drawer for each workstation (Cloud instructions here)
  • Set up the email system
  • Set up your calendar system 
  • Set up your online membership offerings
